City Agency Services

We regularly perform work for the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) and as a HEAP Approved Contractor.

As part of the HEAP program, we help eligible households restore heat by performing emergency boiler repairs, system replacements, and upgrades that are funded through the Home Energy Assistance Program.

Our work is subject to inspections by the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and is fully compliant with all applicable NYC codes and regulations.
